We've had a great year this year and we want to thank you and the kids for helping us have such a wonderful experience! In June this year we spent a lot of time outside, including our picnic at the park, made gifts for dad, and practiced for our end of year BBQ. The kids did so well and we're so proud! May Part 2

The end of May was at least as fun as the beginning! Bubble day and Birthday day were so full of fun that they needed their own post just to talk about all the cool things we did!

We started bubble day by playing in bubble foam! It started as four different colors but was quickly mixed together in all the fun. Miss Amanda had to use her mixer to reform the bubbles because we played for so long.

Ava having a blast in the foam.

Have you blown bubbles before?

Most of us had!

Miss Amada brought in her sons bubble gum for us to play with! SO MANY BUBBLES!

Jada dropping in the magic ingredient (alka seltzer) to make our bubbly lava lamps.

So cool! We almost had some overflow!

We finished our day by making our very own bubble wands with pipe cleaners and bringing them outside to play with. Lily and her favorite color!

Kyla getting her bubble wand ready.

Vivianne popping bubbles! Run Vivi!

We also had some baking soda and colored vinegar to experiment with. The kids loved watching it foam!

Birthday day was a blast! Jada with her play dough cupcake.

Play dough cake was so cool!

We also made birthday crowns! The kids were so cute!

Cheese!!

Pass the balloon! When the music stops we have to stand up and do an action!

For snack we had cupcakes! We sang happy birthday and then blew out our candles.

Then we got to decorate and eat. Yummy!!

We ended the day with pass the present (similar to pass the balloon but instead of an action we get to rip off a layer of paper and when we're done there's a surprise inside) and a piñata! What a great way to end our month. We started by celebrating moms and ended by celebrating ourselves!

May Part 1

May was so much fun! We started the month off by celebrating moms! The Mother's Day social was such a special time that allowed us to show our moms how much we love them! Our next week was spent talking about dinosaurs! Dinosaurs are so cool. We made fossils, found bones, and even made neat dinosaur masks. Camping was also a blast! We played in Miss Amy's tent, "roasted" marshmallows, and made our own painted fire. On our free play day we even got to plant seeds! Some of our kids have told us their flowers are already growing which is great! We've got some green thumbs among us.

Ava loves her mom because "she loves her so much"! What a great way to remind our mom's how special they are to us.

Get the tables ready!

We love you mom!

Thanks so much for all you do!

 Shaela making a dinosaur rubbing!

Here are some of the cool dinosaurs and fossils we could rub!

Dinosaur eggs! With dinos hatching!

Playing in the dirt is always so much fun!

What an awesome tower!

We played Find the Bone on dinosaur day where a couple of the kids and Miss Suzanne took turned hiding bones for everyone else. Dylan found the first one!

What a tricky hiding spot!

Dylan coloring a dinosaur mask.

 RAWR!

Dancing dinosaurs! Go Dinosaur Go!

Miss Amy's tent is SO big! What fun!

Count the marshmallows.

Time to read to ourselves in the tent! Sebastian picked a cool farm book.

Miss Amy read to us too! We read a story about a Very Quiet Cricket. When the book finished we even heard a cricket in the classroom! How'd he get there?

Kyla painting her hand to make a fire.

Guess the shadow! I think it's a dragon! The kids did great at this.

Campfire time! We had yummy marshmallows over an open "fire". How cool!
